We have increased our advertising & exposure and are now able to accept ticket purchases at the door! Early Registration
Register no later than September 1, 2009 to receive a discount of 20% off the registration fees and entry into our vendor's appreciation sweepstakes. A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold space within your company's service category. Each deposit includes a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00. Registration closes on October 15, 2009. All balances must be paid by that date to ensure proper placement. Balances paid after October 15, 2009 must include a non-refundable $200.00 late fee. No registration will be accepted after December 15, 2009. Packages available:
SILVER: $250.00 - This package is designed for home-based businesses. The package includes one (1) 8'x6' exhibit space, (1) 3'x6' table, lunch for two, placement of your business card or 4x6 postcard flyer in our gift bags, listing on the program and site map, six (6) complimentary bridal expo tickets and a listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement. GOLD: $500.00 - Our basic package for companies and small corporations. This package includes (1) 8'x6' exhibit space, (1) 3'x6' table, lunch for two, placement of your business card or 4x6 flyer and dry sample of product in our gift bags, listing on the program and site map, listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement, eight (8) complimentary bridal expo tickets, banner placement on the special vendors' page on the website and e-mail blasts to registered attendees for 30 days following the expo. PLATINUM: $750.00 - This is our premium small corporation package. Included are lunch for three, (1) 8'x6' exhibit space, (1) 3'x6' table, placement of your business card or 4x6 flyer and dry sample of product in our gift bags, listing on the program and site map, listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement, banner placement on the special vendors' page on the website and general e-mail blasts to registered attendees for 30 days following the expo, category-specific e-mail blasts to registered attendees (cakes, photography, transportation, etc.) for a month following expo, projection/on-wall advertising during the event, twelve (12) complimentary bridal expo tickets and an article listing your company as a featured vendor in Celebrity Inspired Weddings' On-line Newsletter. CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP: $1500.00 - For the industry's affiliated major corporations such as bridal magazines, department stores, cosmetics, purveyors of fine china, etc. Corporate sponsorship includes banner placement advertising at the expo, banner placement online on two websites, projection/on-wall advertising during the event, radio advertising, program recognition, gift bag advertising (samples, magazines, etc.) and sponsorship listing on all gift bags. Each sponsorship package also includes ten pairs of tickets to the expo, VIP seating for the Fashion Show and 10 lunches. GIFT BAG ADVERTISING: Level 1) $125.00 - Placement of your business card or 4x6 postcard flyer in each of 500 gift bags, listing on the program and site map and a listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement. Level 2) $150.00 - Placement of your business card or 4x6 flyer and dry sample of product -subject to CIW approval - in our gift bags, listing on the program and site map, listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement, banner placement on the special vendors' page on the website and e-mail blasts to registered attendees for 30 days following the expo. Level 3) $200.00 - Placement of your business card or 4x6 flyer and dry sample of product in our gift bags, listing on the program and site map, listing as a vendor on our expo e-advertisement, banner placement on the special vendors' page on the website and general e-mail blasts to registered attendees for 30 days following the expo and category-specific e-mail blasts to registered attendees (cakes, photography, transportation, etc.) for one month following expo.
